5+stars! Nice and large room, with a double bed and couches-
and even a nice own small garden. Room + house are very clean, comfortable and quiet. Just like on the photos. Very well located: easy to find, takes 30-45 mins (by bus or overground or even by walk) to get to anywhere downtown London. The area is a nice and peaceful residential neighborhood, very safe.

The place was fantastic, with cute little touches like flowers and a basket of fruit and a box of candy. Arik is a wonderful host. We arrived very late at night and he was waiting for us to welcome us. He immediately explained to us how the place works, to which we immediately felt at home. Everything was in the little details. A bottle of wine, coffee, tea, different packets of peanuts, bottle of water and a magnificent chocolate cake that he had made for our welcome, all for his travelers. The bedding is of a beautiful quality, towels that smell good, a small kit with toiletry kit. In short, nothing to complain about.
